Re: skeptical advertisers…do you mean the click-through rate is likely to be 1% **and** the conversion rate is likely to be 1% also.

OR…do you mean the click-through and conversion rates will likely total 1%?

Part b) has nothing to do with customer acquisition cost. Parts c) and d) *are* concerned with an advertiser's customer acquisition cost. Specifically, they ask you to figure out the advertiser's customer acquisition cost if they advertise on SportsPassion's site. That cost will be different, depending on whether they choose CPM or CPC advertising. This is the same calculation we covered in class last Saturday.
